According to Virginia Code section § 13.1-634 (B), the sole duty of your registered agent is to forward to you any process, notice or demand, such as a mailing from the State Corporation Commission or lawsuit papers filed against you, that is served on your registered agent.  Since the registered agent is required to send the information to you at your “last known address”, you must keep your registered agent informed about any change to your current address.
